Yield Duck: Whose ass is Polygon breathing in? Edition №14

13 October | by

Hey Moni Maker

Okay, young sucker! Yield Duck has recovered, regained his strength, and is ready to fire two-handed shots at the f@cking market again! Ha ha!

Delta.Theta and Moni Talks are here. Sitting down. Mouths open as if they're actresses in cheap porn, they are waiting! Waiting to see what old Yield Duck's gonna put in there... and there's a lot to tell.

Sit down comfortably. Straighten your back, because you're getting a little stiff. Let's walk!

Parsing the market like Lego

Overall Legacy of the Week

People began to talk less about Axie when they became No. 1 in DeFi in capitalization! Although they say you can't make much money there now... But what about the market in general? Well, they got over 200 thousand TVL. Epochal event! If BTC would stop banging his head against the ceiling...what would happen!!! WHAT!!!!

ETH, plz, do something! Rock! Do not play music, but make something great! Oh, you are burning tokens... Good for you...Oh, Vitalik is shit-talking about BTC? I'll go to break them there...

Champion of the week: Olympus DAO (+60.53%)

BSC has added a bit in TVL this week. Perhaps this is indirectly related to the news about the launch of a billion-dollar fund for ecosystem development. The token, of course, reacted directly to such news (up 9%).

Gainer of the week: Planet Finance (+60%)

Although the SOLANA token is feeling a bit worse, TVL has gone back up. NFT's blockchain capitalization recently surpassed 1 billion, and the ecosystem is integrating with new platforms.

Beauty of the Week: Serum (+116%)

POLYGON...what can I say...I hate to sound pessimistic, but the token is down, gas is up, transactions are down, TVL is down, but otherwise all is well, Mr Anderson.

Consolation of the week: Firebird (+223%)

AVALANCHE draws a ladder to the sky...because there is already enough reason for such growth. Can afford it. And yes, Polygon is now breathing down its ass.

Opening of the week: Singular Farm (+123%)

And FANTOM draws the Loch Ness monster, because the f@cking pump is monstrous as hell. 3x...in one week!

Prospect of the week: Spirit Swap (+65.59%)

Projects' News

We have a lot of AAVE news this week! :)

The AAVE community has received a proposal to adjust the risk parameters for AAVE V2 assets. The parameter updates are aimed at maintaining the overall risk tolerance of the protocol.

Also, the AAVE protocol was launched on Avalanche (AVAX). The community actively voted for this move and the team did it :)

And and and! AAVE is holding an event in London and you can buy the ticket as NFT here.

The COMP community has received a new proposal. The description says the previous update had a bug in the token allocation logic. The bug allowed users occupying certain assets to claim more than their estimated share in COMP. The new amendment aims to determine the users and the exact number of tokens that were accrued in error.

Maker DAO founder Rune Christensen held an AMA where he gave his opinion on the future of Stablecoin regulation in 2022. He said, "Be prepared for the worst." especially when it comes to the U.S. According to him, DAI could flourish in the regulatory environment of the "super countries" - Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, Australia - but not in the U.S.

The LDO team, together with Mercurial Fi, launched their first stSOL-SOL pool. This pool is important because it is designed to ensure long-term capital efficiency between staked SOL and SOL, even if the value of stSOL increases over time.

There is also a discussion going on in the LDO community, that the rewards for the referral program are quite large and have a negative impact on the token rate. Vesting rewards is supposed to solve this problem.

The YFI team announced the launch of a multichain with Iron Bank Fantom. You might ask, "Why now multichain?" That's because Yearn requires a certain infrastructure to function securely and efficiently. According to the development team, the new beta site yearn.finance makes it relatively easy to switch chains, which was previously impossible.

Yeld review | FARM THEM ALL

I'm not Milen Farmer. I'm a Farmer.

And now I'm going to share some interesting farming ideas with you. I've listed them down into three parts by risk profile: low, medium, and high (IT’S REALLY DANGEROUS).

Even though Delta.Theta did a good analysis, DYOR on your part is necessary! DYOR is a f@cking mask when you walk into a store! You can't go into projects without it! Gooooo!

Low Risk

Transfer your grandmother's money to this farming car! (JOKE)

Medium Risk

And if you really are a real phantom, then look here too!

High Risk

Yeah, yeah, Orca das gut, Orca is good! DYOR, bro.

Anyway, if you lose the money, don't even think about coming to my ranch. I'll cut your ass off and you won't be able to sit in crypto anymore. All right, I'm kidding. I'm gonna go finish my milk and go to sleep.

Follow my homies everywhere. Otherwise, there won't be any more digests!

Delta.Theta: Twitter and Telegram.

Moni Talks: Twitter and Telegram. And leave your feedback in the chat. If you don't, I'll shoot you in the face. See, farmer.
